carb question?

would this be ok on a 602 or would it be too much. 750 with 850 base plate gas Stealth 4 barrel on gas?

maybe if your racing at Syracuse that will work but there will be no throttle response for normal short track racing with that setup

I run the stealth 650 with 750 base plate on my 602 on a 3/8 semi banked track does very well for me i would call brad he can tell u exactly what will work best for your app

what is the purpose of using bigger baseplate on smaller carb? IE 750 baseplate on a 650 carb, 850 baseplate on a 750 carb.

actually the base plate used on the 650 thru 800 is typically 1 11/16

carburetor size is rated at the venturi-----650=1.25 >>>700=1.315>>>750=1.375 etc. etc.

the base plate size doesn't change until you get over 800
