I'll take my previous comments a step further.Originally posted by erm95 View PostAny info on the drive this is supposed to create on a modern 4 link?
1) Thrust only helps you when you are both accelerating and your suspension is still drooping.
2) This is because once the LR stops dropping with respect to the chassis, all forces between the axle and chassis must sum up to zero. The lift of the limit device equals the compression in your bars. If it didn't, something would be moving. The only gain beyond static loading, at this point, is the weight lifted to attain the higher chassis height. This is ignoring any aero changes.
3) whatever your limiter is, if it's 100% solid, you only have your tire to absorb the shocks from tire slip and bumps in the surface.Last edited by MasterSbilt_Racer; 09-07-2021, 10:25 AM.Modern Day Spec Wedge Racing
