I believe the Wissota cars have a 2" longer wheel base.

I'm not 100% sure, but I thought the Wissota cars had more engine set-back. I guess it could be that they are a longer wheel base and the mid-plate is the same distance from the rear axle, thus giving more engine set-back? Hopefully somebody can give you an answer. Or you can always try your luck calling MasterSbilt. 812-793-3666

our wheelbase rule in wissota is 103 measured on the right side and engine setback ur allowed 10 inches but only for one more season then we all have to be 6 in setback

The front suspension mounts are 1" further forward than a non "W" car. This puts the engine at a 7" setback if installed in standard location.
