2.3L crane cam ID, need help...

I bought a complete 2.3L ford head, has a crane hyd. cam in it, cannot find any info on the cam anywhere. I was told by seller its .440 lift.

19-38-01, H2902 are stamped on the back of cam. Any help greatly appreciated.

H2902 is not a Crane #. Found a Lunati #32902 hyd. 508 lift 310 dur.

It has "CRANE CAMS" stamped on the back also. No idea how old it is, maybe a discontinued part?

There is a Crane cam listed on Ebay,on the cam card it lists a Crane Grind #.Very similar to your's.Most likely what is stamped on your cam.There should be someone out there that can cross reference the grind # to actual spec numbers.
