proper way to install a high cc head on a zero decked block 2700

Zero decked 30 over 2700 bottom and a high cc size head roller that's shaved to intake bolts arp studs 27 though cosmetic I need the proper way to install and torque specs 34 degrees timing cam straight leveled and octane to run cause 110 would sometimes stay running after off like bad gas just trying to get a idea if I am doing something wrong

well i believe your ignition timing is too low,id probably start out at no less than 36 degrees.
No matter how hard you try...you cant fix stupid!!!
