    BERT shifting questions

I can shift my BERT into low gear, but it will not shift into high gear or reverse. The car isnt started, sitting up on jackstands. Shouldnt I be able to shift into all gears? Nothing is in a bind either

Make sure it is actually in neutral.

both levers were centered, I put it in low and back to neutral and couldnt pull into high, so I put it back in neutral again and no reverse, but I can go in and out of low

Check you shifter centered mite not be neutral in your tranny if you go just past neutral a little bit it can hold up the other shifter from working properly.

Try moving turning the driveshaft(tires) a little the gears might not be in line to shift without running

I agree, the gears are not cut to go into gear easily if they are not moving.
