I didn't see or hear anything about this incident so we went and tried to seek out some video and found some. The bump of Larson on Jones is at the 1:25 mark of the video. I reckon folks can make up their own mind if it was blatantly intentional or not. One thing is for certain, Larson handled the whole situation with the manners, class and dignity he's displayed throughout his driving career (unlike some drivers) from the time I became aware of him in his early days of USAC competition. When he stops displaying said manners, class and dignity we'll be one the first to point it out and take issue with it.

It was racing. Kyle made a mistake, drivers make bad calculations all the time. Drivers are trying to win. These chase situations seem to call for non race drivers not to race hard around them. I SAY BUNK!!!! LOL

It took a Chaser out of contention for the win.... I don't have any problem with the Cup guys racing with the Exfinity guys, but you have to give the chasers respect... Larson did none of that, and that wasn't the only time he dive bombed Jones nor was he the only chaser he disrespected... if you didn't bother to watch the race, you've got no idea... its easy to apologize to a guy after you've done the deed... Mikey Waltrip stated, there is never a time when racing that you hit the guy in front of you and don't do it on purpose.... probably about the smartest thing Waltrip ever said....
