Who do you sell your scrap to? Dumping of steel has been going on for some time. I didn't like the clunker thing, but some people made money. Agree India and Chinese steel is garbage. During the recovery act Obama wanted 80% of American steel used. The pubbies said hell no 50% at bestCarter and Reagon done little to help American steel. Both tried a little with imports didn't work.Price controls? didn't work.Not that long ago a pipe line was being laid close to a American steel mill that made the same pipe.Could they make it ,hell no, it was indian pipe.
