I'd say rich would be people in the top 1-5% of income in the U.S. There is only so much money a wealthy person can spend. One person can only buy so many cars and TVs. Wealth stagnates at the top and doesn't benefit our economy. Wealth only benefits the economy when it's being spent. I'm already in one of the upper brackets and I'm childless, so I pay a lot in taxes every year already. However, I also get to live a comfortable life because of my being in an upper bracket.

The people living in ghettos are so disadvantaged that most of them lose any hope of getting out. That's why so many fall into the gangs. The gangs are viewed as the only way to progress in their world.

they #1 reason they fall into gangs is because there are no parental guidelines at home and the moms are baby daddy ing themselves for income.....don't kid yourself.
And in my profession I see it every single day.....every single day......every single day.

Supply side economics doesn't work. We've been trying it for almost forty years and incomes aren't keeping up with inflation. Most people are hired by corporations, not by people. If you tax the CEO, that's not going to cost jobs. The most recent tax break signed by Trump has had no long term effect on the economy. Instead of hiring more people, companies took that extra money and bought back their shares. It was stock brokers on Wall Street who benefited, not the workers in the companies.

So that argument only works for the predominantly white coal mining community and not the predominately black community that is stubbornly entrenched in their own towns and city areas with no jobs???

so what about the companies that are coming back to the US because of the tax breaks? do they not create jobs ? its kind of hard to argue the low unemployment rate and the 50 year low african american unemployment rate ,i guess you think clintons nafta was a good thing right ? you need to watch something besides cnn sometimes , but you want......

good one bbq , he has self pronounced himself to be in the upper segment of middle class and was probably born there so i doubt he will ever under stand..
