Most union workers are well educated and have some type of trade. This is why there are trade unions. I'm pretty sure your mom is still telling you what to do.

You gentleman can complain all you want to about unions. I will enjoy the benefits I'm receiving from being a union employee. Being able to retire at the age of 50 with full benefits was alright with me. Then go out a find another good paying job that was also union put me on a great place.
