Raj, most of my relatives live in the Marion NC area about 40 miles east of Ashville. I spent many vacations down there. The people I knew down there were good and friendly people.

I rarely pour any sauce on any of it and if it's cooked right you really don't need much if any......I like the Sonnys as a finishing sauce on ribs.....but even then we thin it out and spice it up a little.

Dumping sauce on great BBQ is like dumping A1 or ketchup on a medium rare piece of waygu beef....it's just wrong in so many ways.

True, i wished more places used a finishing sauce, thats what i was raised on!

If you ever get down to the Orlando area, go to the Fat Boys on 192 in Kissimmee! Thats how Sonnys used to be!

Was just over in that area last week we rode over to Cherokee and went up through Maggie Valley, Waynesville and Lake Junaluska then turned around and went back to Pigeon Forge I love that area of the country.

No they are all governed to some extent. SOme guys figures out how to adjust the governor screw at one track with one quick turn before getting on the track, Of course they outran the others. They just won't let them go too fast out of fear of injury lawsuits.
