Please read what I have to say because I think my position is largely misunderstood.

Before I go on, you might want to read into Brian Thompson (the guy Luigi killed) and the absolute scumbag things he did. Dude is the reason more than one people are dead. Eye for an eye.

As I said, and look, I know reading is hard for you Trumpers but just try, I am NOT supporting gang members. I AM supporting due process, as is Senator Hollen. I mean, come on, getting rid of due process opens up a very large can of worms.

Like all Trump supports you only ever care about things that directly affect you and things that you are told affects you. You can't for one second put yourselves in the shoes of someone else.

The above posted reports from the Department of Homeland Security tell us nothing. The use of a Chicago Bulls hat is the only proof that he is a gang member. Do you understand how ridiculous that sounds? It also contains unproven allegations of assault. IT HAS NOT BEEN PROVEN HE IS A GANG MEMBER.

The reality is this. He was under a withhold of removal. HE CAN NOT BE DEPORTED TO EL SALVADOR. That is, until it is proven he has committed gang related crimes or the assault is proven.

Like I said, if he is proven to be what they say he is, his ass should be sent right the f*** back. I also contend that he probably is what you are accusing him of.

BUT, you can not remove due process here. That opens up a range of highly unsavory possibilities.


Oh, and just on immigration, the actual numbers of illegal immigration have largely stayed the same since it recovered from the 2007 peak, under Republican President Bush. Immigration for strictly Mexico continued it's decline into Biden's presidency. The whole immigration spiel gets brought up every election and it's nothing more than propaganda. Not to mention those coming here illegally are picking up the jobs American's don't even want so....

Yes, he is guilty of murder. Did I say he wasn't? I'm not sure about execution. There's mass shooters who haven't got it. But yes, he is guilty.

On the support of it though, PLEASE do some research on Brian Thompson. I beg you. He was a genuinely awful human being who, as a result of his actions, was responsible for the death of a lot of people.

The one thing that cracks me up is the hand tattoos photo where everyone is screaming "photoshop". Well yes, it was actually photoshopped but not in the way you think. The photoshop was the plain font of MS13 (very obviously) over the respective finger tattoos because it was done for interpretive and descriptive purposes because the average layman/or woman does not recognize gang tattoos like say - someone working gang enforcement. Nobody photoshopped or added the actual gang tats, they added context to aid the viewer in the meaning of the symbols.

Has anyone ever been presented with a photo that had descriptive features added to assist in understanding the photo? Yeah, me neither. Good grief, I had to create many of them myself, especially when presenting cases as a crash investigator. But hey, if your side screams photoshop you gotta scream it with them. All the way and until you look foolish.

Take the tattoos along with being grabbed in a gang enforcement operation, with the wearing of colors, with the traffic stop in Tennessee which was likely involved in human trafficking and there's building blocks which add up. The El Salvador man who happened to reside in Maryland illegally is MS13.

Once again, if he is proven to be a gang member then absolutely he should be deported. It needs to be PROVEN. That's how our country works and you should be grateful for the opportunity to prove your case.
