We ran. Up on a team that made something called that at an event one time.......had shrimp, sausage,okra, and other veggies in a killer cream sauce of some sort, they won with it on Friday night......can't remember the teams name, but remember the dish well.

Was fantastic........I do remember that.

Also ran into something one time called BBQ bananas.......they grilled some banana and hit it with some of there sweet BBQ sauce and then chopped them and served over home made vanilla bean ice cream.........sounds weird, but dam it was good.

Nope, not going to Gastonia, heading to elm city tonight to finish what I started at Screven............we were cooking up some que for our friends that were racing that Screven Saturday night,but they got " unavoidably detained" by the Screven sheriff and put the whole night on damper for team ,sponsors and friends........lol


Looking forward to what is going to probably be a killer race on the newly configured and widened track...........
