There is plenty of blocking in Indy Car, also. It's part of racing.

Yes sir, a driver is allowed one blocking move. The second blocking move within the same passing attempt is prohibited as per Indy Car rule. I will not dispute the fact that second and even third blocking maneuvers are made but at least those maneuvers have to be made with some degree of subtlety and discretion.

And, I will not dispute the fact that it has been part of motorsports since the beginning of time but when it gets drivers seriously hurt or killed, which it has on more than one occasion, it should be the responsibility of the sanction to attempt to curtail it.
