Your WoO privilege is showing.The Eldora 5 and this case aren't even close to the same zip code as far as suspensions goes.

This case with Madden shows the corruption with WRG. First the suspension was changed from 90 days to 30 days for the same violation. Second Madden never appealed they are calling it a defferal what ever that is. Third the other 5 from last year had to serve the entire 90 days after the appeal. WRG is wrong on this one big time. All the other drivers with UMP and WOO along with the 5 drivers from last year should be furious.

I wasn't speaking on the length of the suspension. I was just saying being allowed to race until the appeal is heard is pretty standard procedure for them. The length of the suspension is very odd, considering past cases. I will not dispute that. I offered up a possible explanation for it a few posts after that one, but still, it appears to be home cooking.

What Suspension? Madden never appealed and if he did the suspension would start after the appeal. Basically no suspension Sept 28 to Oct 10. No WRG events during those days how convenient. WRG smells fishy .... well $hitty.

Good luck with your investigation, your sure to draw much criticism. Some allege that every single car at the track is illegal and they know so because they are illegal and can't keep up. Another group upholds the eternal virtue of the ruling sanctions and the outright lunacy to suggest or hint that they would stoop to political shenanigans, like manipulation and threats. I'm over it, I've seen behind the magicians curtain and no longer suffer from any illusions of virtue from any corporate or governmental ruling entity.

The fans need to see the winner take the checkered flag! Then if he's illegal, fine and suspend the heck out of the driver and team.
