When it's comes to a potential $100k+ to win race I don't thing he plans on needing a provisional.

He could have used a provisional for the chrome car at Eldora.

The car was repairable. I just dont think there was enough time to do repairs before qualifying started. A good friend of mine has body parts off of that car.
