So, then is this not a points race? If it is a points race, I don't see how it's fair to not offer the normal Lucas Oil Provisionals.

Even points night would be the logical thing. It's what WoO Sprints does for Kings Royal and Knoxville Nationals.Originally posted by BloomerHarvickFan View PostSo, then is this not a points race? I agree. Give them 100 points to be there...just to ensure that all the series regulars are there (but I mean why wouldn't they), and then let the race promoters fill the lineup by whatever criteria they like.Originally posted by brsteg View PostEven points night would be the logical thing. For a race of this magnitude, their shouldn't be any provisionals. Like the World 100. Race yer way in or go home.8/13/16

Was that a Sopwith Camel that we catch a glimpse of the tail in the hanger? I love prop planes, now he just needs a Stuka JU87 dive bomber to really scare the neighbors.Originally posted by AllenK View Post“Yeah, well, you know, that’s just, like, your opinion, man.†— The Dude

What does that apple have to do with this orange? East Bay has always been that way. They let the racers have a night off when there isn't much money up for grabs. It is for the Bloomquist mentality where they don't want to unload for less than 10k.Originally posted by brsteg View PostYou're questioning why sanction this race; but didn't bat an eye on the East Bay sanctioned races that were under $10K, didn't pay points, and some series regulars didn't run?
MmHmmm
We are talking about a "big deal" race being sanctioned, but not really sanctioned. Its the exact opposite.Modern Day Spec Wedge Racing

It was suppose to be only through Arizona but his trailer was at East Bay. Arizona tweeted Saturday a limited amount was going to be sold at Gaffney this past week. I'm guessing it's only through Arizona now and no more through the website either.Originally posted by WisWildManFan View PostDoesn't look like they are aelling anything thru his own site as of now... That used to be true, but I think with practice being so important now, he has been running them all. Yes, that used to be his cut off, unless he was receiving show up money.Originally posted by MasterSbilt_Racer View PostWhat does that apple have to do with this orange?
