Let's form a race team and we can all be friends. If we finish mid-pack every race, we can probably afford those hot dogs we will be grilling at the races. We won't put a dent in the purse so the promoter should be happy too and he can be our friend. Welcome to Mr. Rogers' neighborhood!

Devin Moran said last night he couldn't fund his own team.

The best driver in the world lost his job during his peak. If that isn't a reminder that nobodies job is safe, I don't know what is.

Could Lance Landers be doing some contemplating here perhaps?

So what's the bottom line? Did they have compatability problems? Can't see where there was an issue about RTJ's driving success.

Of course Devin Moran said he couldn't fund his own team. That is why drivers find themselves a SugarDaddy. Any owner/driver isn't going to be able to fund a national touring program. Most are glad to sit back, collect their salary plus 50% with no risk.

Why has poop just hit the fan?
Dosen’t Todd Burns have the right to choose his driver and team?
The only person that appears to have a complaint would be RTJ - and there had to be a reason he was let go other than his on track performance.

OK, forget my last post..... you really are that dumb. Do you REALLY think that this racing stuff is #1 priority in everyone's lives just because they are involved in it? I get that the objective of racing is to win, but who is to say that the team will not continue winning without Ricky? We do not know the real reason this even happened, but it's safe to assume it was something big for Todd to dump Ricky. What seems like a dumb move from the outside may not be quite so dumb from Todd's seat. We may never know what happened, all we have is a fairly generic statement from one side. Which is fine, we do not need to know everything.

It just feels weird to see Hudson in that car after they dump him a few years back. I don't think we got the whole story on why SSI Motorsports and RTJ split.
