    1. To most degrees, I tend to support the setting President no matter who it is at the time. That is what we are suppose to do, right? Understanding, I did not agree with every policy or political agenda, Trump, Obama, Bush II or Bush I. And most notably, I am very distrusting of our Government as a whole no matter the setting President.

    2. Yes, I believe we had some slight forms of fraud in the popular vote, in this past election. States that changed early voting procedures are to be said illegal in the manner they did so. Just from what I’ve read. Weird indifferences from past mail-in ballot elections too. Again, from what I’ve read. The EC votes weeded this out IMO, so it’s a mute point.

    3. No, I am not cool with the insurrection yesterday. I think the vast majority were peaceful protesters, with a very small minority being of the “over throw” mindset, with those being very-very-well orchestrated. The planning and preparation didn’t just come on a whim. Reminiscent of what one would see in a movie, IMHO. Bottom line, Trump went too far to fire up his base.

    4. Speaking as one who feels like I am very Center based when it comes to politics and political beliefs, I too try to understand another’s mindset, beliefs, and formation. Which is very hard to do at times, here, or in the day-to-day first person contact life we live. I don’t get the far-Right wingers, nor do I get the far-Left wingers --- and I really don’t get the Socialist mindset of say, an AOC.

Not noted: the media’s coverage of one bad act Vs another bad act is appalling and very hypocritical.

Lastly, IMHO, I think what we saw yesterday is just the tip of the iceberg for times to come. Riots, looting, anarchy, burning buildings, Portland and other major cities --- then to Michigan militia and Whitmer, this is just the beginning of the New Normal. And it will get a lot worse from here.

If you listen to what President Trump actually said he called for peace and appealed to people to calm down and go home. He believes in protecting our nation's monuments and buildings. No conservative I know approves of vandalism and we think it's for punks. We do remember all the destruction and chaos in 2020 and who was behind it. We remember which party wouldn't condemn it until it became apparent that even a lot of libs didn't like it. We remember. The silence was deafening...

What people need to ask is, who benefits from keeping us divided? Do they belong to a political party or something else? What is this Great Reset we keep hearing about? Who has written books about it, and what are their intentions? Which politicians are a part of this, and who was not? Why do the weak minded get pulled into race baiting and weird gender confusion? How do they use that to keep us divided so we don't pay attention to the bigger picture? What would happen if the weak minded would quit allowing themselves to be used?

Hypocrisy irritates me maybe the most. What happened in Washington yesterday is bad but my opinion, not fatal, maybe even helpful to hit the reset button. But irritates me no end that during the protests in multiple cities last summer a common complaint about the police was “you confronted the protestors and made it worse”. Yesterday what was heard was “why didn’t law enforcement confront them”? Good grief, which way do you want it? Hard to be a law enforcement officer these days.

The majority of the current problems in this country are started by suburban white kids who clearly haven’t ever been punched in the mouth and spend their entire days scrolling thorough however many social media apps that they turned into their own echo chambers. I don’t know how you fix that problem without shutting down Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Reddit/Parler

josh, you said :"The majority of the current problems in this country are started by suburban white kids who clearly haven’t ever been punched in the mouth and spend their entire days scrolling thorough however many social media apps that they turned into their own echo chambers. that is not correct.

those white suburban kids are not the majority and do not hold leadership positions. what happened yesterday and throughout 2020 is not their fault. it is the fault of leadership. it is the fault of parenting. it is the fault of society.

those kids you call out are no different than i was 40 to 50 years ago. even though i grew up in rural iowa as "financially poor", i wouldn't trade the values i learned along the way for any amount of money. their ideology is no different. they want to make the country they inherit better than that of generation before them. and oh how i hope they do.

yes, they have some hard lessons left to learn. but the majority, and the best of them, along with many voices speaking out right now, that no one wants to hear or listen to, will make this country better.

The above story of course is being censored on TV fake news channels. Why is the evil and corruption of the Dem party and it's media not the issue, is the question?

Taking control of this nation and now totally disregarding the will of the people should be what concerns you!!!

It’s a much different time now. Look at these protests, BLM isn’t full of black people, it’s white kids from the upper middle class suburbs that always start the violence. At yesterday’s sh*tshow, same sort of WASPy morons. None of these people actually care about whatever cause they’re supporting. These people are addicted to showing the world how righteous they are on social media in whatever circlejerk they’ve created for themselves. These people are only doing any of this stuff for the likes. These protests aren’t about black lives, they’re not about Donald Trump losing a flawed election, they’re about looking cool for Instagram.
