Morgs, I thought I would share this.

The inscriptions on the bullets are gamer lingo. The arrow key one is what you do when you want to send in the bombers in Hell Divers 2 (FACT CHECK ME ON THIS THO) The other inscriptions are incel/loser gamer incel phrases.

Read into groypers, i saw a tiktok earlier of a girl digging into the shooters background and she labelled him as one of those.

Yeah, I recently read something about the connection to a certain video game. I also read where a high school classmate came forward with some info that the parents were Republican but the kid was very much to the left.

I'm not going to get too far into the weeds about the video game or whether he may have been involuntarily celibate (incel). He wrote that sh!t on bullets.

Trying to split hairs on the politics of his family is also a pretty big waste of time. He committed a political assassination on Charlie Kirk. He didn't fixate on an AOC, Bernie Sanders, Jasmine Crockett or any of that ilk. It is rather obvious to see what he was after.

Morgs, After looking into this further, and spit-balling here for conversation sake —---- what if we find out the assassin, Tyler Robison, was a puppet supporter for alt-Right whacko Nick Fuentes.

My guess is that it’s more of an internet culture issue than a political issue here.

                  Lurker,

I'd be completely in favor of investigating any and all possible connections. Possibilities and probabilities exist across the spectrum of social media. However after now discovering the detail that his roommate was transgender/transitioning I don't think I'll go too far down the Fuentes rabbit hole. Fuentes and his followers are rabidly anti-LGBTQ...(whatever else has been added). So it would be an odd fit, and a reach. The roommate was the one he messaged after doing the deed but is now cooperating with authorities.

The other thing I found when I followed that link to the stories was how many of the sources were in the realm of NYTimes, Atlantic, etc. I can certainly see some of their editorial staff saying, "Hey gang, we gotta stop calling all the Nazis fascists for a while. That fascist thing is kinda backfiring right now. Might be better to plant the seed that the kid was mad that Kirk wasn't fascist enough for him."

He was rejected to West Point because he claims that he was passed over from a candidate of a different gender. This allowed him to form TPUSA.

He once said, and I quote: "If I see a Black pilot, I'm going to be like, 'Boy, I hope he's qualified."

He said that mothers shouldn't let their daughters go on birth control because it makes them bitter.

He called the Civil Rights Act a mistake!

Not to add the countless bits of rhetoric against LGBTQ people.

You can research these things. It's not hard. I'm not going to go the effort of citing every claim when I don't get the same effort back.

                      It's pretty self-explanatory.

Start with Anti-LGBTQ rhetoric. These are people just trying to live their life but you know...can't have them doing that!

The shaming and desire for control over women's bodies. It's disgusting. The glorification of the trad wife. Purity culture.

The pressure to force a lack of separation between church and state. Why should I be made to follow your religion?

The simple fact that the only other option apart from following their religion, is eternal torture.

                      The idea of original sin.

The Bible was used to justify slavery.

Christianity has been used to justify racism.

I was just pointing out that Kirk was correct in his statement.
Not really. Jefferson called for a separation of church and state in his letter to the Danbury Baptists.

Separation of the two has been routinely upheld in the Supreme Court as far back as 1878 in Reynolds v. United States.

                            Political ideologies can be complex.

As stated earlier, I think this is more to do with internet culture than political culture.

Just a reminder that when John McCain, a naval officer of 23 years and a representative and senator of 35 years, died from a brain tumor, Donald Trump initially refused to lower the flags to half mast.

But when it's a MAGA influencer that helped him win an election...
