In China the average CEO makes 100 gazillion a year while the average worker in his factory makes .05 cents per hour. It's not hard to see who is paying for the wages of the CEO.Originally posted by Barbecueboy View PostThe unit mgr. will make anywhere from 100 to 125 g per year depending on tenure and bonus........dept mgrs anywhere from 50 to 75 g depending on the same.
Same as Walmart. One manager, a few department heads make a really good living off the backs of their workers who get food stamps and medicare. Like Bill Maher said, the right wingers can always point to their little "token" success stories of the person who started off living in a dumpster in Bangladesh, came to America hiding in the elephant trailer of the circus and went on to be the head of Boeing. But, like Maher said, "they always point to that one in a million success story that no gives a shyt about and ignore the hundreds of thousands who get shafted daily. But hey, as long as that one in a million got lucky and made good, that's all that matters."
So Freddy, when you applying for that job at Walmart so you can climb their corporate ladder from backroom trailer sweeper to Manager of a super center? Since you keep pointing to that crap as your example of how great Waldo World is?

I said somewhere that wal mart was great??????Was I hitting the crack pipe at that time or were you????I don't remember saying that at all!!!!!I only took an educated guess at the question that lite inn posed to everyone about salaries of the mgrs........why in the world would you quote my post and then go on a tantrum??Hit it again brother, sounds like you may need it!!!!!!And before everybody goes all Chad Stapleton on me, recreational drugs are for weaklings with weak minds........just say no!!!!!Originally posted by t.nie View PostIn China the average CEO makes 100 gazillion a year while the average worker in his factory makes .05 cents per hour. The people we see as our enemies are indeed our enemies! I didn't attend Dumbed-Down University and you are supporting these nation destroyers with your "Degree" waving in your hand!Originally posted by t.nie View PostSo I take it you would like some laws to make those employers pay you the overtime?
I don't get you. You bring up all your personal experiences with crap money, crap hours, getting crapped on by your employers but as soon as someone says to you "there is a better way, but you'll need to change some of your perceptions about why you get ripped off the way you do (like corporate America isn't your buddy, Mitt Romney wasn't going to help you make a better living) you immediately flip out and start yelling "you SOCIALIST" and go off on some tangent or other that just furthers the cause of the people doing this to you.
Dude, how many times do you have to get hit in the head with a hammer before you start asking who is really hitting you? This crap didn't start with Obama, and it won't end when you get your side reelected. In fact, if you pay attention, it has only gotten WORSE under the people you vote for and has for years. Dude, just wake up. The people you see as your enemies are NOT your enemies. Regardless of how many times some talking right wing schill pumps you full of crap and tells you they are.

If this pay level is part of the $12.30 average pay I've seen bandied about in this thread, then what exactly is everyone else making who isn't in management. $75k to $125K a year will really raise the average per hour rate. Subtract those big wages from the average equation and do the hourly averages fall fast.Originally posted by Barbecueboy View PostThe unit mgr. will make anywhere from 100 to 125 g per year depending on tenure and bonus........dept mgrs anywhere from 50 to 75 g depending on the same.

Mike Dukes the ceo of wal mart total compensation a year is 17.6 million. The "average" employee makes $22,100 a year. 17,600,000 divided by 2080 equals $8461.00 an hour.Haters don't really hate you, in fact they hate themselves because you are a reflection of what they wish to be.
