like I said doesn't mean she still can't do her job and rule the way she interperts the constitution. after all Judge Roberts did when it came to Obamacare. Like I said it doesn't say much about your candidate if a supreme court justice went against precedent and felt the need to say something.

        Not my candidate.

No matter how much satisfaction you get out of this deal you're still way wrong. She lost any and all credibility regarding her decisions, both past and future.

Now, if by some stroke of fate some part of the presidential election has to go before the US Supreme Court your hero, the dried up old wench, will have to recuse herself from the proceedings. Good thinkin' Ruthie!! LOL!

Tell us how you know for sure she's not senile beyond rational thought? Do you hang out with her? Now that would be quite a conversation!! LOL!!

Hey Mud Duck check it out, it's ok for the Republican senate to politically decide they don't want to confirm the Presidents Supreme court nominee but, it's not ok for RBG to speak out against their candidate because they see that as Politically motivated. A supreme court Judge is not suppose to be politically motivated in any way. a Judge is to rule on court matters by the constitution and not politically so, I don't see the reason at least not to have hearings on the President's nominee but, oh wait they are making it out to be political. Oh by the way there's nothing in the constitution preventing a supreme court judge speaking out.

Like I said just because she has spoken out does not mean she still can't rule according to the constitution
Court has become partisan hacks, especially on the left. I still cannot believe you think it is OK for the Highest Court in the land to become political. Disband it, it is a waste

They were already political been going on for quite some time. Do you think it wasn't politically motivated in the Bush Gore days. What I think it's ok for a supreme court Judge to speak out because there is nothing constitutionally preventing them from doing so, Now do we go by the constitution or only when it fits one agenda.

So, let me ask you this.... Why is it that you can cut RBG a break and tell me she can still do her job even though she says certain things......yet you are absolutely convinced that Trump can never be an effective President...... because of the stuff he says.

When RBG tells how she feels, it's just fine and dose not affect her job whatsoever. But, Trump says what he feels and he's a "rambling idiot" and is incapable of being President. Explain that to me Kid.

Just what has RBG said about trump that makes you think she can not do her job? I just feel Donald is not the right person to be President and so does a lot of people in the Republican party so, I'm not alone in this. I don't think he has the temperment for one. He will let his ego get in the way for the betterment of the country. Hey don't take my word listen to all the other political people in the Republican party.

I will say this if Trump was to pick somoene like Mike Pence I would feel a lot better and would hope he would listen to him if he was to be elected but, I still couldn't vote for Trump

                        What's Trump trying to hide.

If there was any question before there certainly is none now. You were completely wrong in your assessment of acceptable Supreme Court Justice conduct. The old bitty was way, way out of line just as you were for finding no reason to be concerned. It's not whether you agree or disagree, it is a case of what is ethical and and acceptable conduct of a SCJ.

All that said, you can't unring the bell. If anything concerning trump comes before the Supreme Court she will have to recuse herself because of factual prejudice.

Let's face it, she's an old idiot and it took a couple of days before someone was able to successfully point out that fact to her.

It's really not what she said, it's more that she said anything about him in the first place, and that she apparently didn't know better.

What has Trump said that makes you think he can't be President, specifically?

As we are not alone in thinking Hillary is not right for the job.

And the same can't be said for Hillary????? Really? She has PROVEN there are things she would do, despite her actions not being good for the country!!! There are Democrats that can't/won't vote for her as well.

Hey, don't take my word.... look into what her staffers and the secret service say about her "temperament" when she was First Lady. She was (and no doubt still is) an absolute b**ch on wheels!

The bottom line is this. Neither is the most desirable. One is a chronic, habitual, liar and a criminal. The other is not. The ONLY way to ensure that Hillary does not become President is to vote for Trump. I will cross my fingers and do so. It beats letting someone I have NO doubt is a lying, criminal, corrupt , genuinely evil person get voted in by a populace that is willing to turn their heads the other way when there is PROOF of her unethical, criminal behavior.

She's by far is an old idiot she might be old but, an idiot she is not and she should be able to do her job in a professional manner even though she stepped out of line here but, at least constitutionally she did nothing wrong. we already know by how they vote on almost everything it's uausally on party line just like in congress. If not the Senate would have already confirmed Obama's nominee.
