Maybe I shouldn’t have posted that-but I have read this Bobby this & Bobby that for so long I had to say it. Bobby is a wheel man for sure- outstanding talent at such a young age. It’s certainly more entertaining when he is in the race for sure. I don’t pull “for†him because of the circus that surrounds the team- but I do give him all the credit in the world for being a wheelman that is exciting to watch. A few of his groupies on this forum are so infatuated with Kid Pierce it turns a lot of people off toward Bobby and his racing. In the past- I have just snickered at their remarks- but they seem to thrive off the drama they create- somewhat like the Pierce team has done in the past. Bobby will definitely mature and move on from it- “some†of his fans will not. 🏁🏁

Ya long run drives there's nobody better, after that restart Brandon jumped up top and took Bobbys air away, then you could see him start to struggle Brandon was getting off the corner better after that...but before that he was knocking seconds off the intervals...Originally posted by WildBill32 View PostThe race itself was alot better of a race. Then I thought it was going to be.(For that track) They could race on the bottom or the top. Bobby put on a show like he always does.(15th to 3rd) But, if you live by the cushion... you also dye by the cushion. I was really thinking that Birky had a good shot at winning that race. But, as they say... Things happen...

I am not a newbie-look at my join date- in the past I have just read & not posted. As I have said before I didn’t want to get into keyboard confrontations. I have one screen name and that’s it-sir ill in Illinois!
4m use to be an informative site- but the millennials have ruined it- I apologize to you for even posting to your replies. It’s no wonder bbq has such a hard time dealing with your type- you live/thrive for it!
Nuff said !!

I like Boobies... Lol... Like him or hate him... He sure makes the racing more exciting when he is in the field. He can run the bottom also.(Jackson 100 last year) But, I sure like watching him run the top much more. That is one reason why I'm a fan.Originally posted by ZERO25 View PostI finally came up with an appropriate nickname for Boobie........Harvey Wallbanger!

Foxfire that's a fair statement I respect your opinion. But just like anything there are two sides, I don't live or thrive on anything look back through the years most of my posts are responding and reacting to unnecessary jabs thrown at Pierce. You talk about millineals (which I am not), these are 50+year old men bashing a kid that's barely old enough to drink. They just aren't fans of his which is fine but don't blame it on his fans, that's just you guys excuse, because what he does in a race car, how is it not exciting and not to like, you guys just don't want to be looked at as jealous and envious, and bitter hateful people so you use his fans as a cop out...end of story...

I am 62 years old & been going to dirt racing since I was 6. I attend 55-60 races per year including most Crown Jewels. My racing starts in ga/Florida in February for 15 races they volusia & ends at the World Finals in Charlotte in November or at 411 Thanksgiving for the leftover. Yes-The Dream, World, north/south, Dtwc, The Million, Knox Nationals I am always there in the same seats every year. I am definitely not a newbie. Also- I don’t want to argue with you or the other Pierce fans. I will be the first to admit Bobby has great talent & a bright future. Yes- it’s much more entertaining when he’s in the race. Jealous & envious not at all- I admire it. I give credit where credit is due- he has the desire & ability. Yes-I am an old fart & if the lord is willing - I will live to see the Southern Nationals this weekend. I just enjoy the sport- but don’t live/die thru one drivers success or failure.
You know if the drivers/teams argued like the fans- the races would be demolition derbies instead of races.
Can’t we all somehow manage to get along ???

Track was pretty good I thought. They definitely tried producing a good product. Top and bottom we’re good. After talking to drivers last night it’s all about clean air on that track. They were all pretty happy with track. What a crowd!!! Thanks to Ricky Kay for promoting racing at Davenport. Been a long time since we’ve had big racing at Davenport. Can’t wait til fair is over and can go support local racing as well.

My ONLY issue with Bobby is the same I have with JD. If somebody isn't setting there car up for thwm, they are not very good. They just aren't chassis guys. I just root for the Marlar, Madden, Bloomer guys that se5 them up themselves with a lil more respect that's all.

I don't know how old JD is, but Pierce is 22. The guys you mentioned are all in their 50's. I'm sure they didn't have the knowledge at a young age like they do now. Pierce was born into racing. Growing up in the garage listening to his dad, I bet he knows more about setting up a car then you give him credit. I could be wrong.Originally posted by RapidRuss View PostMy ONLY issue with Bobby is the same I have with JD. If somebody isn't setting there car up for thwm, they are not very good.
