I wonder if this will allow Dennis to get information from Hunt the Front's secret notebook...

            Agree 84, brutal.

I hope Capital gave him a deal on those cars. And a 60-day warranty to turn it back in. It's been sad seeing Dennis run in the back of the pack about every night. It looks like his car has no rotation in the corners.

            Worst Speedweeks ever for him.

Pump the brakes…..we are talking about someone who finished 8th and 9th in series points the last 2 years after the title in 2022. Dennis needs to be in a Longhorn or Rocket to be competitive at this stage in his career, anything else will be a struggle.

Pump the brakes not everyone needs to be in longhorn or rocket to succeed. Ask b shep right now. Outside of the box thinking an trying something new is a great thing. They may figure something different out.

Love when see people happy about different chassis brands than just Rocket & Longhorn, then next breath, BUT NOT CRAPITAL! OMAHGAWD!!!

                  You just can't please people.

Maybe he'll find an old Rayburn with the rocker arm shock in the driver's seat and show em' how it's done when the track gets some character?

EDIT: OH Wait? Didn't Mark make those illegal?

It would be very boring if everyone drove lh or rocket. At that point make it nascrap at that point. I'm sure Dennis will take a lh or rocket if you buy it for him oh wait you don't sponsor him or pay his bills. There's a handful of basic things that can be done to make racing great again.

Nobody on any touring scene is succeeding in a Capital. I'm no engineer but even the guys that look fast in them only last about 20 laps then they start going backwards.

Clanton & Smith have owned Capital for just over a year. Comparing current chassis to the older may not be a valid comparison. How many "Clanton" chassis do you suppose are out there? Realize they sure haven't impressed anyone. But come on guys. Longhorn took years to get fast.

imo running a capital on a national series is like trying to run a mastersbilt on a national series. it just doesn't work.

You do know Clanton won the WoO points title in a Capital 10 years ago right?

Correct. Unfortunately 10 years ago is 10 years ago. I haven't given up on them but the deaf lady is signing.

Those cars (capital) seem to be a pretty good crate car, and always have been for the most part.

I honestly figured Dennis would be better than he has been so far. His biggest flaw is, he can't qualify for 💩.
