Huh? The WoO used to be totally open except for shows at UMP tracks, where they used the UMP rule, but they've been putting out rules for specific shows the last year or so, and those rules generally reflect whatever the locals are running anyways. If anything, what they do for tire rules are what national touring late model tire rules should be.
