When these morons finally get the clip size reduced and another incident happens, what is their excuse then? Same as last? Assault weapons ban...again!!!! even though the assault weapon ban was in affect at Sandy Hook and Columbine....didn't help much, did it. Laws don't stop criminals. some of these 22 lr are made on somewhat the same frame as the ar 15 and have 100 round magazines,some people would have a hard time telling them apart and some of them are built on the same frame.

Because every soldier, sailor, airman, coastie and marine in our nation comes from a family back home, just like you and me and everyone else, and ultimately they will not obey unlawful orders to "attack Des Moines, IA" just because some political nitwit says so.

Ultimately I do not "fear the government." Because the entire armed forces are all people just like us, and there would be mutiny in the ranks if any elected dimwit ever tried to tell the military to attack their own families.

Did you ever consider the possibility that with the way the white house seems to be buddied up with the Muslim world and with Hamas and Hizbollah crossing the Mexican border that such an event as an EMP could be set off from inside this country and knock out over half of the nations electricity and leave automobiles useless? This would turn this nation into a world of literally no communication, with group of vigilanties looting homes for food and killing the people. It is something to consider as totally possible. Even large solar flares could put us back into the 18th century. Who would not want weaponry for defense?

More guns is not the answer and gun control is not the answer. In my view there is no right answer. It may be a combination of things but, I do believe if someone is intent on killing someone they will find a way. The only thing guns do is make it easier to kill and if that is not true why were guns invented in the first place.

Kennesaw, GA has a local city statute that every home owner must have a gun in the home, they have nearly no murders or violent crimes... More guns in the right hands can do wonders. I still want to know how he got in the school since they had a security system that requires buzzing in, anybody know??
