And you would be incorrect...............there is a black one that goes real fast and can normally be found in victory lane or very close to it at about any lucas oil race this year...

Not sure what a lucas oil race is????? It's an event where things called super late models go around a track in hopes of being the first car to complete 50 circuits.

But in all seriousness, thanks for owning up to your unhealthy obsession.........and good luck with your in house museum of Earnhardt trinkets......

I really have no preference one way or the other whether the nut case is allowed to run for a championship or not. What's interesting is how many races missed is too many in the minds of those who would advocate for the unconditional waivers.

Prior to the gimmickry being instituted by NASCAR if you missed just one race you were, for all practical purposes, out of the running for the championship. Was that horribly unjust and unfair and now NASCAR has it right by giving a pass to anyone who has the misfortune, for whatever reason, of having to miss a race or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6......................?

From your perspective can you put a number on it or should it be dealt with, in your opinion, arbitrarily on a case by case basis? Just askin'. We've seen in the past that when NASCAR rules/policy are dealt with arbitrarily on a case by case basis the final decisions are completely different depending on who's involved. In those cases the cure was/is easily worse than the symptoms.

Deterrence of false accusations is without a doubt a good thing.

But, suing NASCAR has been attempted many, many times with very, very limited success.

In regards to NASCAR basing actions upon accusations I would again refer you to the Tim Flock-Curtis Turner case where NASCAR banned them for life for attempting to unionize the drivers. No organization of the drivers had been established or accomplished but Big Bill France was proactive in his response, banned them, and Flock & Turner sued and subsequently LOST.

A viable answer doesn't appear to exist since NASCAR has never revealed the precise criteria required for instituting the waivers. Many people of infinitely more prominence than I have attempted to get answers from NASCAR to no avail.

It's far more interesting to get the beliefs of those who follow NASCAR and see what they believe is fair and just number. After all they are the paying customer. The question is relevant since there have been major rule changes in the fairly recent past that catered to the whims of a segment of the fan base and could once again have a major bearing on how these situations are dealt with.

Well clearly you have run into a many a wall and been concussed many a time.......

Because it wasn't cirf that was trying to tell you what a dirt slm was, that would have been me in the post above cirf's.

That kind of explains it all as to why you can't get out of your head the fact that Earnhardt is DEAD, no longer races, has nothing left to offer to the sport of auto racing of any type except for his legacy and the skills and tips he passed on to his son........which in my opinion is ruined by Earnhardt kamikaze (isms) by fans just like yourself.

His legacy will live on forever until people like you ruin that because nobody wants to here the one sidedness of anything that you or fans like you have to say about him anymore.

In your attempts to discredit other very good( future hall of famers) and have us all believe that ironhead was the only person that ever raced and won, you do nothing but discredit him and his legacy.

It's ok to celebrate his on track achievements........but take the good with the bad, because there were both( on and off the track)

And I will say again........I too am /was an Earnhardt fan........what I'm not a fan of are his current fans that turn a blind eye to his rough housing ways and pretend to claim he is now and was then pope like while on the track.

Enough is enough retired racer................que up the " frozen " soundtrack.

You'll here nothing more from me on the subject unless and until you start tearing down other racers just so you can build your hero up!!!

Landers too, but since they don't have the last name of Earnhardt I would expect you to try and tear down there accomplishments and ability too like you just did.

What's really strange to me is your disdain for bloomquist.......he is as polarizing as your messiah and has won far more races than the 3 ever did.....or ever will again.

And if he had chosen to be on the take and in the back pocket of the series in the dirt arena( like a certain deceased asphalt driver was in nascar) then he would have doubled , maybe tripled the number of championships as your hero.

Oh, and he is much, much smarter too!!!........and very much still winning.

who cares if bushie races or not,, hes out to destroy himself so what,, if you call nascar racing thats the joke,,IROC was better than now least it was all a even or somewhat even plane,,,now its protect to golden goose and the france family thats where the real secrets are buried,,,, nascar shouldnt have the right to judge anyone guilty or not guilty but then again they see things in turn 4 all the time so,,,, if hands weren't getting greased there would of been alot more scandals from walthrip getting divorced to earnhardts 3 divorces to god knows what else,, theres better racing at the go kart track across the street then at the speedway,,

Whats strange is a winner like Bloomquist joining up with someone who was incapable of winning a championship, maybe bloomer will show him the door like ROUSH did.

It started out a pretty good thread, then some ole f@rt didn't receive his Gov. check on time and had to come on here and vent his frustration.
So I guess we can blame it on the United States Postal Service.

Yep........it's Earnhardt driving through someone by pitiful proxy in this thread.

But we did learn that the Earnhardt black panties made back in the 80s hold up well if hand washed daily.

                              Right, RR??

Even stranger that you insinuate bloomquist is a druggie and a winner in the same thread???

                                Is that even possible.

That last face plant off of your dale sr swing set really scrambled your brain, didn't it?
