By support, I mean not continually demeaning them... I do however buy some of the products that support them....Castrol and Mobil 1 for a start....

Anyone who says the Indy Car races at California, Texas, Joliet, IL, and the past 3 years at Indianapolis were boring is either lacking IQ, has attention deficit or a dam liar, one of the 3.
        Take your pick.

We attended every one of the Indy Car races at Chicagoland before International Speedway Corporation basically run them off. There wasn't a boring one ever run there. In fact, Al Jr. and Sam Hornish ran the final 35 laps at Chicagoland side by side under green at 230 mph.

The Indy Cars drew a very good crowd at Chicagoland, too. That may be why ISC ran them off. The were afraid the Indy Cars would draw a bigger crowd. It was very close. I know, I went to both for several years running.

The taxi cabs at all the aforementioned tracks look as slow as an Indy Car pace lap. LOL!!

The crowd for the Indy 500 is in excess of 250,000. The taxi cabs at Indy draw less than half that many. And ya' wanna' talk about boring. I went to the first 2 Brickyard 400's and couldn't believe how slow the taxi cabs were and how intensely boring.

The statement that Indy Cars are boring comes from the same guy that says The Chili Bowl isn't a preeminent national dirt racing icon. Can't put much stock in what that guys says.

In all fairness comparing Indy cars and NASCAR at Indianapolis is not a good comparison. Now if you want to compare them to Daytona for the sprint cup and Indy cars at Indianapolis that would be a better comparison.

I Wish NASCAR would have never went to Indianapolis and they need to stop going now.

I wish Nascar had never gone to Indy either. Indy is Indy and will always be the greatest race of the year. I do like Nascar more these days except for that race. Indy cars on circle tracks are great to watch, road courses, not so much. JMO

I did not care for watching that young man roll over thirteen times at the stupid aerial show at Daytona.

Fair enough, if you don't like it o be it doesn't mean they dont have good races. I remember the days of listening to the Indy 500 live on the radio during the day and watching the races at night tape delayed.
